Designed to stringent specifications by Ambiente technicians in the UK, and manufactured in Germany to the highest international standards, our latest innovation, TraffiPipe®, is an ultra-flexible UFH pipe that features a built-in visual quality management system.
Thanks to the patent traffic light style colour coding, the superior quality five-layer PE-RT (polyethylene of raised temperature resistance) TraffiPipe® construction informs installers and contractors that the pipework is in good condition before the installation progresses – or, crucially, alerts them if pipework has become defective in any way during the supply and installation process.

Green means safe
Once installed, TraffiPipe® will remain green if everything is looking safe to GO.
White or Amber check
Revealing white/amber (polymer adhesive) means there is a risk which requires further investigation. If you can’t see RED, you are safe to proceed.
Oxygen Barrier
Integral EVOH oxygen barrier prevents the water from oxidising in the heating system.
Exposed Red
Exposing red (polymer adhesive) means the EVOH oxygen barrier has been Damaged. STOP, the pipe needs to be repaired or replaced.
