Clifton House

This property was tastefully renovated to a very luxurious specification, while retaining the character and vintage of the original façade.  Works also included a basement extension and complete renovation of this grand property in the sought-after area of South Hampstead, London.

Underfloor heating was the only heating solution for such a prime property, with all the benefits it brings, not least the comfort of the owners, and was installed throughout all floors. Our AmbiClip system is installed on the basement and ground floors, and AmbiPlate 30 system is installed on the upper joisted floors.

The Ambiente PRT/NE 12v Digital control system was selected for controlling the underfloor heating, comprising 7-day programmable time and temperature settings across 4 time cycles, holiday mode, frost mode & many other user-friendly and energy-efficient functions.
