The AmbiPlate 80 system is another member of the AmbiPlate range, allowing installation of the system from underneath – ideal for retrofit scenarios when the floor finish is already in place. The system can also be fitted from above, where the plates are laid across the floor joists. It is important as with all plated systems that that joist void is well insulated – normally 100 mm of mineral wool type insulation.
