Wokingham cricket club dates all the way back to 1767 when the first recorded match was played against Henley, although Wokingham Cricket Club was not formally founded until 1825. Wokingham CC spent 187 years at Wellingham Road. Due to redevelopment works in 2012 the club moved to brand new, state of the art facilities at Sadlers End, Sindlesham.

|CLIENT||Wokingham Cricket Club|
|ARCHITECT||Studio E Architects Limited|
|CONTRACTOR||Comfort Building Services Limited|
|PROJECT VALUE||£3 Million|
The new venue consists of full shower and changing facilities, committee rooms, various offices and a bar. Underfloor heating was the first choice to provide the club’s members with the comfort and luxury that they required. The Ambiente AmbiClip in-screed system, coupled with a wireless control system exactly fitted the criteria set out by the members and our contract to supply went without difficulty. Ambiente supplied a fixed reduced water temperature system with individual room control including a ‘night set back’ facility that allows for quick response when heating is required.
The total floor area covered by underfloor heating in the building is 777m2.
Everyone associated with the project, from our client, other contractors and the club members were all absolutely delighted with the finished project.
