Each property had underfloor heating throughout, using a combination of AmbiClip on the ground floors and AmbiPlate 30 system for the upper floors. The systems were installed by Grehan Contractors Limited from design drawings that were supplied by Ambiente.
Individual room thermostats ensured ultimate control and comfort for the residents, allowing them to programme different temperatures for each room in the house.
A stainless steel distribution manifold was supplied for each floor and 17mm Ambiente PE-RT pipework was utilised throughout, offering complete peace of mind with its 75 year guarantee.
Deliveries to site were made within 24 hours of receipt of order from our comprehensively stocked, warehousing facilities at Hertfordshire.
